Mini Oreo Cheesecakes

So I am not sure what our obsession with oreos is lately but I am loving it. Recently we came across a recipe for Mini Oreo Cheesecakes at and we absolutely loved them!!

  • half a package of Oreos
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 (8oz) packages of room temp. cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips (optional)

Basically all you need to do for these is combine the ingredients in a bowl. Put an oreo in each of the spots in the baking pan. Then put the mixture in with the oreo and bake for 20 mins.

Now we decided to follow her “chocaholic” step and melt choco chips and coat the cheesecake. If I was to make this over again I would not follow this step. Dont get me wrong they were still absolutely delicious but with the chocolate coating they were messy and hard to eat. I think just the cheesecake with the oreo inside and maybe just a dab of chocolate on the top would have make these cheesecakes phenomenal.

Heres how ours turned out:

Notice the chocolate mess we have going on? Clearly we are not as talented at spreading the chocolate as Miss Homemaker was. Maybe you will have better luck! Let me know!

  1. I just finished eating my dinner and was really having the desire for something sweet, so when I read this post I almost died!

    OMG….this sounds and looks HEAVENLY!

I adore Oreos and cheesecake, so I can only imagine how incredible they must taste together.

    Yummy! Yummy! Yummy!

And it’s so ironic you posted this today, because I was in the grocery store yesterday and spotted an Oreo cake in the bakery section, but is was just a plan cake, not cheese.

Thanks for sharing this recipe! Hope you’re having a GREAT week, my friend!

  2. Mmmm I loooove Oreos!!! One of my favorite desserts is Eat N Park’s Oreo Sundae, with hot fudge and melted caramel (and whipped cream + chopped oreos). Delish! But I also love cheesecake, so I bet this was delicious!

    A mommy’s life…with a touch of YELLOW
